Cyberness Party was the culminating event of Exness’s fifteenth-anniversary celebrations: a large-scale retro-futuristic party in a cyberpunk style, held in December 2023 at the Kolla Factory venue in Limassol. The location was a former Coca-Cola plant, a space with a brutal industrial aesthetic.
Architecturally, the venue was reimagined as a night market, with “streets” and “blocks” organised by metal Layher scaffolding, which served both as the frame of the blocks and as a carrier for visual accents. The scaffolding held neon signs, paper lanterns and light boxes; together they created a dense, many-layered light environment referencing the aesthetic of Asian cyberpunk markets.
Inside, functional zones unfolded: a food court, mobile bars in vans, arcade machines, a lounge in red light (giving the effect of a “private club”) and a corridor of shipping containers lit by blue lamps — all to create the sense of an urban labyrinth.
The stage and the sets were developed together with the architecture of the venue: the contrast between the “raw” industrial base and the saturated light graphics underlined the idea of a technological future merging with the materiality of the past.
Cyberness Party thus became not just a corporate anniversary but a full immersive experience: the space worked as a stage set in which every element, from the scaffolding to the blue lamps in the containers, took part in creating the atmosphere of an alternative megacity.
