CEYLON BISTRO (2026)

The new space immerses you in the atmosphere of the colonial era, joining the exotic and historical charm with real skill. It is an intimate bistro dense with detail: niches, contrast, saturated materials.

We brought the stained glass here for continuity: the small Ceylon began with it, grew into a more grown-up project, and outgrew its former walls.

The interior rests on noble materials: dark wood with intricate carving, grey concrete, brass, vintage tile and lush tropical greenery. Restored pieces complete the composition — elegant chairs with curved backs, antique mirrors and stained glass with floral ornament, creating harmony and a visual link to nature.

The light is low, because the new Ceylon is more of an evening place and darkness falls early here; we wanted lighting scenarios that wrap you in comfort as fully as possible.

Every element — from the delicate light fittings to the decorative details — has a history of its own and was carefully brought from Sri Lanka to become part of this unique space.
